Insurance Participation

Bonnie R. Sobel RN LCSW BCD participates as an in-network provider with the following insurance companies:

CareFirst BlueCross/BlueShield PPO: Ms. Sobel will submit the invoice to insurance. The client is responsible for paying the copayment via cash or check at the time of service.

Medicare: Ms. Sobel will submit the invoice to medicare. The client is responsible for paying their deductible via cash or check at the time of service.

Tricare Select: Ms. Sobel will provide an invoice to the client who is responsible for submitting it to Tricare for reimbursement. She requests the client makes payment in full at the time of service via cash or check.

For clients who have other types of insurance, they may submit their invoice to their insurance company to receive reimbursement for treatment provided by Ms. Sobel as an out-of-network provider.
